For flu, there is Xofluza, taken just once, and Tamiflu, twice a day; for bacterial infections, Zithromac, once a day for 3 days; and for headache, period pain, toothache, back pain and fever, Loxonin. If your consultation is done by 3 pm Japan time, it ships the same day and reaches your hotel the next day.
