Our order rule · Personal use

1 person → 1 order

The quantities in this guide are per patient. For two people, each person orders separately in their own name. The certificate is optional and charged separately. You can't split one person's orders to raise the personal-use carry-in limit.

Where will you take your medicine?

  • Keep it cold

Store at 2–8°C and don't let it freeze. In its box, it keeps for 21 days at room temperature (up to 30°C).

  • Carry-on bag

Checked baggage can get cold enough to freeze the medicine.

  • Original box

Carry it with the clinic's label still on.

  • Doctor's certificate

Have a certificate in English and your language, showing your name, the medicine, and the quantity.

  • Customs declaration

Declare it at customs if your destination requires it.
