Get your previous prescription with a simpler process. For patients within 12 months of their consultation.

How reordering works

  • 1. Log in to see your last order

    Log in with the email address you used for your last order. We check whether you can reorder based on your consultation date and prescription.

  • 2. Same as last time

    You order the same prescription as last time (dose and quantity). Changing the dose needs a doctor's review.

  • 3. Check delivery details

    We check that you can receive it at your delivery address during this stay. Please use the same chat as last time.

When we need to check again

Contact us if it's been more than 12 months since your last consultation, your health or other medicines have changed, or you want a different dose. The clinic will tell you whether you need a consultation.

For eligible reorders, you don't need to answer the first-time health questionnaire again or reconfirm the consent screen from your first order.
